We only make web sales, although you can pick up -prior confirmation by us- in the warehouse in Torrente, Valencia on the same day for those products available in stock, or in any of our more than 1000 Drop Point of the Nacex shop network distributed throughout Spain peninsula, in 24/48 hours, for those products available in stock.

Orders, returns, warranty claims and queries must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the website. There is no assistance to the customer in the distribution warehouse, except for deliveries and cash collections, prior order via web and prior confirmation from us that the product is ready for collection.
